Pernilla Johansson is a self-taught abstract artist based in Sweden. Her technique of preference is acrylics and acrylic mediums that she uses to create effects like cracks, structure and sheen. Her paintings are often embellished with silver, gold or copper.

Semi-abstract portraits of women has become her signum, but she also loves painting completely abstract pieces with a lot of structure.
